Technic process:

Glass surface treatment → hot windy drying → the Silkscreen → ink coating → UV curing,

1:Glass surface treatment: In order to improve the water resistance, increasing the binding force of the ink on the glass, the surface of the 20 # coated Songhua ink should be used to deal with agent rubbed glass table Surface.

2: Hot air drying: from dry or hot air dryer (hair dryer, can be printed in the infrared in tunnel furnace).

4:The ink coating: coating Songhua ink should be thin and uniform, especially in large area coating should address this point. Pattern can not get out too thin, the ink is too thick will lead to ink curing is not sufficient.

5:UV Curing: curing when the temperature is not fluctuate too much, the temperature is too high will cause the ink yellowing, too low can lead to curing inadequate.

   product characteristics: good adhesion, adhesive and refers to the scraping ink off, slow drying ink, fine particles, leveling, prints can be thermoformed, the ink is not broken.

Spec for using :

   (1) screen printing

   Stencil :200-420 mesh polyester screen printing plate

   Squeegee: It is recommended to use 65-85 degrees of polyurethane squeegee

   Stencil Cleaning: selection of organic solvent cleaning (such as: wash water)

   Choice of solvent: 719 quick-drying water, 718 dry, 783 slow dry, choose printed ambient temperature

  

Notes:
